New York Parents Go to Supreme Court to Evict 30-Year-Old Son Who Lived at Home
A New York judge has ruled that a 30-year-old son still living at his ' home must vacate the premises after numerous attempts to get him to leave. Mark and Christina Rotondo had been trying for months to evict their son Michael, who did not pay rent or contribute to the household. At Tuesday's hearing, New York State Supreme Court Judge Donald Greenwood sided with the parents. "I am just so outraged," he said outside court.
